THE PLACE ON THE BAY RECEIVES GOLD CROWN AS RCI TOP RESORT

The Place on the Bay has been awarded a RCI Gold Crown, RCI`s top award for premium resorts in recognition of their consistent delivery of quality, year after year.

“We feel honored that the Place on the Bay has received this award for the second time” says Craig Seaman, Managing Director of the Louis Group Hotels Spas & Vineyards, “The Place on the Bay continues to exceed RCI guest expectations and affirms the dedication and commitment of our operations team to the highest standards of quality,”

The award is presented annually to RCI affiliated resorts in recognition of outstanding resort facilities and service. It is based on the feedback of guest feedback in specific areas, including resort quality, service and overall vacation experience.

The Gold Crown award has significant status because only 5% of RCI resorts worldwide receive this accolade each year.
